Commercial Realtor - Leasing & Real Estate Sales Agent
At Cross Capital Realty, we are passionate and innovative about our client's real estate goals. We are looking for Licensed Commercial Leasing Agents who are just as passionate as we are! We use the most up-to-date and technologically advanced marketing techniques in the industry. We have leads and a pipeline for those agents who are knowledgeable of the industry and want to grow with us.
- Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective clients to help secure leasing agreement
- Determine the needs, standards, and economic viability of clients in order to match those needs to a property
- Maintain a high level of customer service through transaction closing and beyond
- Contact prospects via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
- High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
- An established track record of successful real estate sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- 1+ years of relevant Real Estate experience
