Our client is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Director of Operations who will enhance their professional image and maintain a sense of ownership in all that they do—an organizational leader who will manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, professional office environment. The ideal candidate is able to coordinate the team’s transactions and marketing needs at a high level. This requires that you can locate a file at moment’s notice, quickly learn database software, multitask and time manage at an impressive level, proofread contracts and mailers for accuracy, have excellent spelling and grammar skills, and take responsibilities away from the other team members - all while having a sense of humor!
Our client consists of experienced real estate professionals who specialize in the representation of investment properties in the Los Angeles area. They are professionals who adapt and create opportunities for real estate investors who are considering making changes within their investment portfolio. They take pride in providing a top-notch buying and selling experience for a number of high-profile clients.
This is a multi-family brokerage team focusing in Los Angeles (Hollywood and Downtown markets). Most of their transactions are multi-family sales, with about 25% of single tenant offerings nationwide. They are a small, but high producing team, with nearly 40 transactions a year and approximately $50,000,000 in sales.
Candidates with prior real estate experience in a similar role are encouraged to apply. Applicants seeking a position as a stepping-stone into sales—this is not the job for you.
Location/commute: West Los Angeles, CA. Candidate MUST live within a 45-minute commute of West LA and MUST have their own car, a valid driver’s license and carry insurance.
Type of employment/hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs, 9 am-6 pm M-F, some evening and weekend flexibility is required.
Compensation: $55,000- $70,000 based on experience plus a semi-annual bonus based on team performance.
Benefits: Vacation and sick days, paid holidays and a percentage of medical/dental coverage.
