We are looking for a Broker to add to our growing Commercial Real Estate team in Woodstock, GA. The Broker is responsible for acquiring and obtaining long-term quality clients. This involves generating leads and converting them into sales, as well as ensuring clients' needs and expectations are met through delivering superior customer service.

This position is 100% commission - no ceiling on your income potential! Hybrid position. Applicants should be local to the Atlanta, GA area.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for, follow-up with, present to, and service sellers and buyers. This results in effective conversion rates for leads into proposals, proposals into agreements, and agreements into accepted contracts
  • Create a sense of comfort and familiarity through the ability to build rapport
  • Generate new business by mastering and implementing the proprietary sales method of Tri-Oak Consulting Group; which includes; prospecting, lead generation, pre-qualifying potential clients, client cultivation, and consistent follow-through
  • Utilize contact and property management system with continuously updating information on prospects and clients
  • Pro-actively engage in networking activities, training, and coaching

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License
  • 2+ years of Real Estate or Sales experience
  • Strong phone skills; ability to build rapport and convert leads over the phone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team and goal-oriented, with the willingness to learn and be coachable
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and inspired to succeed
  • Ability to be proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure. Be persistent and take initiative to work through challenging situations

Compensation
$200,000 (Full Commission Position)
