The Commercial Real Estate/Broker-Salesperson will be responsible for developing business within the Company. This will mean fostering existing relationships with clients, prospecting new client relationships, and networking with other industry professionals. You will also be set up on a ton of appointments scheduled by the marketing team. We have an amazing ability to create a ton of business for you, wake up on a Monday morning and see 5-10 new opportunities a week while also building your own pipeline from the start. Among other things, this will entail advising clients in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies, preparing thoughtful analyses of clients’ properties, and providing opinions of property value.
The Commercial Real Estate Salesperson will also be responsible for providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for advantageous pricing and under the best terms. This will involve understanding clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Would be advantageous to know about Lots, developments, retail, multifamily, and overall a good understanding of underwriting.
