As our commercial representative, you will be tasked with growing the commercial arm of the Dan Cooper Group.

Please note this role requires you to be physically present in our Oakville office. You must also be licensed in Ontario.

Responsibilities

  • Generating leads to acquire new commercial business
  • Host consultations with potential buyers and sellers
  • Ensure that consistent follow-up occurs during the closing process to give clients a friction-less and attentive real estate experience
  • Keep up with current knowledge of neighborhoods within the GTA and surrounding areas in order to provide clients with expert opinions on the areas they are interested in
  • Consistently follow up with leads in order to further build your client base and sales pipeline

Qualifications

  • A valid real estate license
  • 5+ years of commercial real estate experience
  • A proven track record of sales experience and success
  • Knowledge/experience in pre-construction sales would be a definite asset
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Organized and skilled in time management
  • Tech-savvy is an asset
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Customer-focused and dedicated to delivering high-quality service
  • Familiarity with the GTA and surrounding areas market conditions and current real estate trends

Compensation
$75,000 - $250,000 yearly
