We are looking for several self-motivated, experienced Commercial Loan Officers to join our team in Monterey Park to develop new business. A Commercial Loan Officer is responsible for cultivating relationships with prospects and generating new clients for Grand Pacific. Compensation includes base salary and commission.

Responsibilities

  • Originate floating rate commercial real estate loans
  • Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations
  • Analyze loan applicants' financial strengths and weaknesses
  • Meet with loan applicants and assess their financial needs
  • Determine appropriate loan structure and pricing
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate loan closing, as needed
  • Assist in collection accounts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial lending experience
  • Strong credit analysis and accounting background
  • Ability to analyze financial information
  • Strong client relations skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with strong desire to succeed

Compensation
$50,000 + commission
