• Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action

• Pre-trial litigation such as drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits and settlement agreements
• Court appearances
• Conduct Legal Research
• Depositions (experience not required - will train)
• Direct client contact

• 1 year of pre-trial litigation experience
• Admitted to NYS Bar
• Excellent writing skills
