You will be trained on all of the concepts and terms and processes required to fulfill our promise to our clients. The role requires you to possess project management and communication skills in order to meet customer service demands. Self-disciplined follow-through is required to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with account team/client demands and in accordance with quality and procedural standards. Our team-based environment is fast-paced, fun, and exciting and requires collaboration and a supportive approach. As a support professional, you will help develop and execute client service tasks by working with Client Executives and Sales.
