Responsibilities
- Maintain front-facing relationships with customers
- Ensure Service Management Systems are being followed efficiently and effectively in the hiring and training of cleaning crews
- Attend monthly business performance review meetings
- Perform monthly service evaluations with clients
- Perform weekly/ monthly building inspections
Qualifications
- General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems
- Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
