Our company has an opening for an Accounting Admin in our Commercial Property Management division. The ideal candidate has experience and a background in Commercial Property Management Accounting practices and property management software. This position requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

We see this person having a growing position with the company as projects develop and the business expands. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive compensation package.

• Code and enter vendor expense invoices
• Enter bills and process accounts payable
• Process accounts receivable and invoice clients and customers
• Prepare bank deposits
• Responsible for CAM calculations, reconciliation, and invoicing
• Process owner payments and collect rents
• Ensure accuracy in the general ledger
• Three-way account reconciliations and monthly bank account reconciliations
• Enforce delinquency policies
• Assist in the preparation of Month End reports, reconcile and balance all accounts receivables
• Helps to ensure a welcoming office environment and a high level of customer service
• Maintains files and accounts

• An associate degree in accounting or a related field preferred
• 3 years of experience in AR/AP and general accounting
• Accounting and property management software experience
• Aptitude for business
• Detail-oriented
• Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines
