This is a nonemployee compensation position during normal business hours Monday through Friday.

• Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
• Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
• Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience

• A strong track record of success in sales, exceptional emotional intelligence, and the ability to connect with people on a deep, authentic level

• Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
• Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process

• Coachable, decisive and resourceful
