The Gellman Team Is Hiring a Part-time Closing Coordinator Assistant!
The Gellman Team had a record 2019, selling over $190 million and closing more than 560 properties. We are on track for an even better 2020. As such, we will need to grow our team.
Currently, we are looking for a part-time closing coordinator assistant. Great internship opportunity!! This position will work directly with the full time closing coordinators, listing agents and buyer agents, as well as director of operations. Focus will be on support for closing coordinators by managing emails, managing Dotloop, gathering receipts and lien waivers for closing, sending amendments for signatures, and scheduling closing appointments. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must. They have a compelling desire to support the agents in achieving team success, while being committed to growing their own skills and to developing into a leader within the team. We are seeking someone who adheres to the highest ethical standards, possesses impeccable attention to detail and exhibits an exceptional professional manner.
