Supervisory Responsibilities: Clinical Team – Therapists I & II, Case Manager
Summary:
Responsible for implementation, management, and maintenance of clinical philosophy, supervision of the clinical team, and compliance with all documentation and policy standards.

Responsibilities
Duties/Expectations:
- The Clinical Manager provides expertise with respect to management and implementation of clinical services at their site in accordance with the clinical philosophy and evolving programming of the organization
- This position is responsible for the stability of their site’s therapeutic community, supervision and support of clinicians, and overseeing/maintaining quality and compliance with regard to record-keeping and company policies. This includes collaboration with the scheduler to create and maintain cohesive delivery of clinical programming, managing the milieu, and de-escalating crisis situations while maintaining the integrity of the program by overseeing all daily clinical activity
- She/He provides direction to clinicians, case management and residential staff, and works under the supervision of the Executive Clinical Director to ensure compliance. It is expected that the Clinical Manager will have thorough knowledge and understanding of how to use an integrative approach when working with trauma, alcoholism, drug abuse, dual diagnosis, eating disorders, and sex addiction
- This is a very complex position requiring the individual to be able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage a variety of duties. She/He must be able to work well and thrive in a startup culture, providing stability and cohesion in a rapidly growing organization
- As a member of the Clinical Leadership Team, this role will comply with all state, federal, and accreditation requirements
Administrative Duties/Expectations:
- Assists with hiring, evaluation, training, disciplinary actions, and termination of direct staff
- Responsible for program implementation and collaborates on planning in response to client and organization needs
- Collaborates with the scheduler to ensure that programming needs are consistently met
- Oversees and monitors the integrity of the program’s clinical offerings
- Provides periodic quality compliance reports regarding clinical documentation
- Oversees and signs off on clinical documentation on a weekly basis
- Provides supervision, training, and coaching on clinical documentation
- Oversees time-off requests and leaves of absence of direct staff
- Supervision weekly with Executive Clinical Director
- Provide weekly supervision to clinical team members
- Provides a minimum of 4 hours per week of group therapy
- Provides a minimum of 3 hours per week of individual therapy
Qualifications
General Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree with at least five years of clinical care experience in a residential treatment setting. Must be licensed as PsyD, MFT, LPCC, or LCSW. Understanding of diverse cultures and gender-specific issues and ability to incorporate needs of gender and culturally diverse groups into the practice setting. Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload and work independently. Overall performance and competence in terms of consistency with education, training, and experience are reflective of current standards of practice/care. Must comply with drug-free workplace guidelines.
Compensation
$70,000 - $100,000 yearly
