Clinical Director - PHP/IOP Treatment Programming

The Clinical Director serves as a member of the management team, with direct collaboration with the Executive Director and Program Director. The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing the clinical treatment aspects of the facility. The Clinical Director must have a collaborative approach to treatment. The Clinical Director is a full-time position that may at times require flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision, consultation, and evaluation to clinical staff to generate program development and ensure the appropriate scope of practice of services provided
  • Facilitate weekly clinical treatment team meetings and monthly staff meetings
  • Responsible for quarterly chart auditing and ensuring that clinical team are meeting program requirements for documentation
  • Offer consultation and supervision to program therapists regarding the development, maintenance, and implementation of clinical documentation and treatment recommendations
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to determine appropriate resource development, a continuation of care, and transitional placement of PHP and IOP clients 
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy services, utilizing evidence-based and effective therapeutic modalities 
  • Provide leadership to clinical staff on clinical services and strive to increase professional growth and effectiveness through training and supervision- ensuring that emergent training is consistent with the Lido Wellness Center model and purpose 
  • Contribute to necessary tracking/documentation consistent with CARF accreditation standards- this may require being available for CARF survey and scheduled follow-up with leadership members
  • Keep detailed records of supervision and training history for re-accreditation and accurate record-keeping
  • Communicate with Lido Wellness Center medical providers regarding the clients’ treatment and coordination of care
  • Assist the staff and patients in the diffusion of crises as they arise
  • Complete Critical Incident Reports, Reasonable Accommodation Reports, and Program Evaluation Summaries to track emergent training needs and trends within the organization
  • Oversee ongoing check-ins with clients to ensure the effectiveness of the program, and adjust to meet client needs appropriately
  • Represent Lido Wellness Center at community and industry events
  • Assist Marketing Team in prompting LWC in written and video promotions
  • Model Lido Wellness Center’s Core Values and Purpose with clinical team members

Qualifications

  • Clinical Director must have at minimum a Master’s Degree from an accredited school and current licensure in good standing as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or a Doctorate Degree in Psychology from an accredited school and valid license as a psychologist. The candidate must be licensed for a minimum of 2 years and have experience with clinical supervision, employee leadership, and knowledge of evidence-based and pertinent therapeutic techniques and modalities. 

Must maintain:

  • Current clinical license in good standing 
  • Professional malpractice insurance before beginning field placement. Coverage liability limits are $1,000,000 each claim and $3,000,000 aggregate 
  • Pass of pre-employment physical and TB test
  • CPR and First Aid Certification

Compensation
$90,000 - $115,000 per year
