Clinic Director — Physical Therapist

As our next leader, we're looking for a medical professional who is enthusiastic about patient care! ReEnvision PT is hiring a motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy. We're specifically looking for a Clinic Director.

We treat inside the Gold's Gym in the Rockville Town Center. The clinic provides care to a wide range of patients which will include athletes, adults, and pathologies from the spine to extremities to ankles and jaws. Patients will be seen one-on-one without the use of techs or aides. This quality time will help to improve clinical reasoning and ensure quality care for each patient. Strong emphasis will be placed on patient-centered communication, differential diagnosis, reassessment, and reflection to provide the best outcomes for each patient. A background in manual therapy and exercise prescription is a must, while dry needling is preferred.

Our ideal applicant will be knowledgeable about the most recent advancements in treatment and will have experience dealing with a wide range of patient issues. You need a doctorate in physical therapy and a license to practice in the state where you reside. We provide competitive compensation and advancement opportunities.

• Lead the other clinicians in the clinic
• Tracking patients and budget
• Working with the regional director to improve the clinic's outcomes
• Reduce pain and improve function for patients
• Generate therapy plans that incorporate a variety of strategies that are patient-centered
• Obtain advice from and work together with other healthcare professionals
• Building alliances with patients to find out about their physical status, including any injuries or mobility concerns
• Ensure that patient care records are correct, and adhere to all regulations and guidelines

• Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required for this position
• Therapy experience
• Current Maryland License
• DPT preferred
• Successful candidates will need strong analytical, communication, and observational skills
• Some experience working in a healthcare facility or clinic with patients is preferred
