Client Services Support’s primary responsibility is to support the Mexico Consular Processing Team contacting to Visa Candidates & inputting information in digital forms. They may handle a variety of tasks to better support the team and assist where needed, as delegated by the Consular Processing Manager.

The Client Services Support is a 90-day position. Further opportunities within the company may be offered upon completion.

• Provides excellent and responsive customer service to visa employee needs through phone calls, emails, and other communications
• Contacts client’s visa employee applicants to gather, review, and store applicant data and documents in preparation for their consular appointment
• Screens applicants for potential immigration issues or reasons they may not successfully receive their visa and complete their contract
• Immediately notifies team coordinators when a visa applicant has an issue that may complicate or prevent their successful receipt of visa and completion of contract
• Translates work contracts (or works with AW Translator to acquire translated work contracts) and communicates contract details to applicants, securing their written acceptance
• In coordination with visa applicant, submits DS-160 form, ideally two weeks prior to consular appointment date
• Contacts visa applicants with appointment instructions and coordinates their arrival in Monterrey
• Assists team coordinator in other Consular tasks when needed

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• English communication (both written and oral) required
• Experience with a CRM, particularly data tracking and reporting, preferred
• This position will work between departments so strong communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and leadership skills are necessary to be successful
• STRONG attention to detail required
• Empathy, Emotional Intelligence & Teamwork orientation is a MUST
• Knowledge of the Visa Consular process is an asset
