We’re looking for a reliable, proactive and outgoing Client Support Representative to help us smash our quarterly and annual sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel.   • Qualify incoming leads to arrange appointments with agents as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Prospect potential customers via cold calls, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
  • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
  • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
  • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
  • Warm lead follow-ups on all prospective clients 
  • Provide exceptional customer service 
  • Deliver the team value proposition and handle objections 
  • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services 
  • Make at least 150-200+ contacts per week
  • Conduct 10-20 hours of lead follow up per week
  • Manage 50+ NEW leads each week and work through existing leads to convert into 8-10 appointments weekly for agents
  • Attending training and establish daily role-play partners
  • Track weekly goals and progress


  • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
  • Remarkable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Responsive to all leads and team members
  • Understand the sales process and how to enter all important information into client databases
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position, customer services, or related field
  • Michigan Real Estate license (or be willing to obtain upon employment)
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with all types of clients
  • Strong attention to detail

$40,000 - $60,000 salary plus bonus
