  • Handle all operational functions and administrative tasks of the organization

  • Must live in Southern California
  • Bilingual Spanish is required
  • Work experience in Client Relations, Operations Specialist or Administrative
  • Outstanding organizational, project, and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong follow-through and perseverance to achieve goals and complete tasks
  • Strong familiarity with applications: Gmail, Trello, Excel, and Keap or other CRM Systems. We will provide training on our other tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Highly customer-oriented and excellent customer service on the phone, by text, and email with clients
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a MUST
  • Fast Internet access is required.
  • Home allocation for office space that looks professional while taking video conferences with clients
  • Associate/Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Excellent references required
