Qualifications
- Must live in Southern California
- Bilingual Spanish is required
- Work experience in Client Relations, Operations Specialist or Administrative
- Outstanding organizational, project, and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong follow-through and perseverance to achieve goals and complete tasks
- Strong familiarity with applications: Gmail, Trello, Excel, and Keap or other CRM Systems. We will provide training on our other tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Highly customer-oriented and excellent customer service on the phone, by text, and email with clients
- Discretion and confidentiality are a MUST
- Fast Internet access is required.
- Home allocation for office space that looks professional while taking video conferences with clients
- Associate/Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Excellent references required
