The Client Success Manager reports directly to the Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Division Director. The purpose of this team member is to lead our Client Support Specialists, build strategic connectivity to our existing clients, and secure new business-to-business clients.


  • Build, Maintain, and Strengthen a positive relationship with clients.
  • Maintain firms core values (Warrior for justice) when communicating with clients and prospective clients.
  • Serves as a liaison with the firms clients and customers, developing relationships, providing guidance and advice and ensuring all of the customer's needs are being met.
  • Ensure monthly and annual client reporting is timely and accurately completed.
  • Oversight in the coordination of new provider reviews and preparing files for demand.
  • Consistent team meetings to discuss issues, hurdles, and ways to improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Assist clients with issues as they arise.
  • Regularly communicate with current clients & providing reporting on activity and productivity.
  • Being able to communicate with clients via phone, email etc.
  • Create and coordinate creative in and out-of-office networking/marketing opportunities where key leaders/clients can be introduced to the firm.
  • Represent the firm at events where key leaders/clients can be introduced to the firm.
  • Oversee document requests from the litigation team.
  • Follow up with current PIP providers to discuss referrals of their close business partners/sources.
  • Proactively collaborate with referral providers and attorneys and convert “PIP referrals” to LLG clients.
  • Follow up and maintain relationships with current PIP providers to ensure PIP files are obtained on a recurring basis.


  • Possibility for bonuses for driving in new business/bringing in new providers.
  • Must be proactive in idea generation for new providers/clients.
  • Ability to identify target clients and schedule meetings w/ potential clients/providers.
  • Ability to generate new business relationships w/ potential client targets.
  • Has worked in a management capacity for 3 to 5 years.
  • Familiarity with the Boston market as it relates to doctors/medicine.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work with all team members both in the central business office and Boston office.
  • Also have a passion for law and helping others.

$60,000 - $70,000 yearly
