We are a growing Zoho consultancy with offices in both Canada and India. We are looking for individuals who are looking to take their careers to the next level with a hybrid Client Success & Implementation Specialist role. This is a key role that will offer tons of growth opportunities into either role as the company continues to grow. We are in need of someone to handle newly onboarded clients, but also someone who can guide our clients on how best to use Zoho by running our Implementation Design sessions and building a process that our clients are truly excited about.   • Build and develop customer solutions based on current hands-on knowledge of the Zoho software suite.
  • Design, and present process map diagrams to internal and external stakeholders
  • Apply creative thinking/approach to figure out technical solutions that further our clients' business goals
  • Deliver architectural advice and oversight into integration with third-party products within customer’s current and future technology systems
  • Handle a portfolio of clients whom you will get to know on an intimate basis to advise, train, and support in any capacity their business requires
  • Define and promote the adoption of best practices of Zoho products across the business
  • Have the ability to work in a fast pace environment demonstrating autonomy in conforming to strategic intent while adhering to team values at all times


  • Customer service experience in any capacity in dealing with difficult or unique situations and able to handle and communicate effectively
  • Demonstrable proactive communication is a must for this role
  • The ability to take complex requirements and distill them down into bite-sized chunks for our clients and team to digest
  • Experience in building process map diagrams (we use Miro)
  • Experience in CRMs is a must with an added focus on development and integrations is a plus
