PearsonRavitz is looking to add a Client Services Specialist to its dynamic team. As the clients' primary point of contact after a policy is secured, the Client Services team is integral in making sure our clients are provided the services they need throughout the lifetime of their policies. If you love interacting with clients, are organized and willing to learn, we think you’d make a great addition to our fantastic team. 

This person needs to be able to serve others while also being incredibly attentive to details. There are a lot of moving parts and various personalities to manage. This team is fast-growing and willing to train on all things insurance-related, so no worries if you don't have that background experience already.

BONUS: remote work opportunity, but one day a month in the office is required to connect with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main point of contact for a client for the lifetime of their policy
  • Replying to all client requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Fielding requests from clients, determining who should handle each request, and appropriately passing the clients to the necessary contacts to complete the requests
  • Ensuring yearly anniversary communications are sent to the entire client base; properly managing the replies to these communications to ensure all questions and requests are addressed
  • Handles all address changes, overdue notices, premium mode changes, beneficiary updates, and other account maintenance items for entire client base; thoroughly records all of these updates in Salesforce
  • Working directly with the insurance carriers to perform maintenance on client’s policies and accounts
  • Providing never-failing kind and patient support to all clients and insurance provider representatives
  • Works cross-functionally with other departments to ensure that all data pertaining to each client has been thoroughly serviced and maintained
  • Aren’t afraid of the unknowns and ambiguities of a small business, and are willing to dive into anything
  • Are highly conscientious, like to see things done right, and aren’t one to let things slip through the cracks
  • Love to communicate with clients and delight in delivering top-notch, professional service
  • Don’t find any task too small – as with any small team, you never know where your assistance will be needed!

$45,000 - $50,000
