Our Client Loyalty Team handle numerous calls a day! We love our clients and want to make a personal connection with everyone who picks up the phone to call us. Our highly skilled team has the freedom to right a wrong, search for the perfect solution, answer a question or just simply have a fun conversation with our clients!

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of client issues and resolve them on the first call or contact. 
  • Track/manage calls and tickets worked. 
  • Manage the relationships with every client you contact. 
  • Negotiate solutions to problems with clients as required. 
  • Communicate with the Client Services team and be involved with making processes work – team effort to improve our service. 
  • Treat every call as an opportunity to be helpful. 
  • Quickly gain full knowledge of our products and help clients select the right products for their situation.

Compensation
$10.00 / hour to start with bonus and commission opportunities
