The Rutkowski Law Firm is looking to hire a Client Service Coordinator to join our growing practice in Bloomfield Hills. This person is in many ways the face of the firm, they are the first person that any new/existing client will speak to on the phone and see in person. As the first point of contact with our estate planning clients, a personable, compassionate and empathetic nature is a must. This person will help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the firm.

This person will be a hard-working professional with strong organizational skills and able to work efficiently on many responsibilities. While working as part of a tightly-knit team, this person must be individually driven and capable of working independently without being micromanaged. Our practice is client-centered, first and foremost we are about serving the families who walk through our doors. People come to use because of our proven reputation and caliber of service. Our reputation is vital to our practice and the Client Service Coordinator is a frontline ambassador of the client care that has earned us that reputation. This person should possess a high degree of attention to detail and a continuous desire to improve themselves, their position, and the firm.

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the correct staff member, taking messages when necessary.
• Greet and seat clients as they walk through the door
• Managing calendars to schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments as needed
• Light filing duties, managing incoming/outgoing mail and faxes
• Preparing statements and taking payments
• Monitoring supplies
• Use our client database to process files to ensure that the tasks are assigned to the proper staff member for the next steps

• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
