The Rutkowski Law Firm is looking to hire a Client Service Coordinator to join our growing practice in Bloomfield Hills. This person is in many ways the face of the firm, they are the first person that any new/existing client will speak to on the phone and see in person. As the first point of contact with our estate planning clients, a personable, compassionate and empathetic nature is a must. This person will help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the firm.
This person will be a hard-working professional with strong organizational skills and able to work efficiently on many responsibilities. While working as part of a tightly-knit team, this person must be individually driven and capable of working independently without being micromanaged. Our practice is client-centered, first and foremost we are about serving the families who walk through our doors. People come to use because of our proven reputation and caliber of service. Our reputation is vital to our practice and the Client Service Coordinator is a frontline ambassador of the client care that has earned us that reputation. This person should possess a high degree of attention to detail and a continuous desire to improve themselves, their position, and the firm.
At the Rutkowski Law Firm, we focus on Asset Protection, Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Elder Law, and closely related practice areas. This involves helping our clients find answers to difficult questions, the kind of questions that keep them up at night.
Estate planning and elder law often involve discussions about sensitive and emotional topics. It is much easier, and more productive, to have discussions like these with attorneys who are naturally empathetic and passionate about their work. Our attorneys derive a great deal of professional and personal satisfaction from working closely with clients. We will devote the time and energy to ask the right questions, clearly explain your planning options, and walk you through the entire process—all while making you feel like family.
