Position: Sales Assistant/Client Service Representative

Position Location: Foster City, Walnut Creek, Fremont, San Jose

Full Time & Part-Time Positions

The Sales Assistant/Client Service Representative role will be responsible for various activities and initiatives that support the Sales / Financial Advisor teams. This work involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts including Marketing, Sales, Licensing & Contracting, Compliance, and Financial Planning.

Professional who is passionate about experiences that improve individual and organizational outcomes and deliver measurable business results.  The position requires a professional with a broad, well-rounded set of skills, a high level of energy, flexibility, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure Client satisfaction Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
  • Provide excellent support for the agency and its advisors Understand the sales process and work with a variety of stakeholders to solicit their input and requirements 
  • Plan and manage meetings and events by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists You are responsible for the CRM management system, including updating internal & external information
  • Track success metrics and key performance indicators, capturing key insights tied to critical business measures Bring a positive attitude to the office every day


About You

  • History of being deadline-driven, attention to detail, and extremely organized
  • Navigates computer programs with ease, Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking and analysis
  • Collaborates effectively and adapts to change quickly, with enthusiasm and resourcefulness when tackling unfamiliar tasks and requests
  • A growth mindset
  • Proactive, resourceful, action-oriented, and adept at dealing with ambiguity
  • Team player, with the ability to work and effectively communicate with teams across multiple functions, levels, and regions, yet self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong sense of ownership and drive. We need a willingness to dive into the details to understand and drive programs
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus

$22 - $26 hourly
