The Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for providing outstanding service to multiple clients in order to build and sustain relationships that result in high customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and extensions. The CSM will provide updates on the engagement status to clients on a regular basis. Client staff will include "C" level contacts as well as direct day-to-day management members and all influencers. 

Travel may be required for this position, but it is not mandatory. This position could be remote, hybrid, or in-office. StrategicSource is located in Bloomington, Minnesota.


  • Client Onboarding, Invoice Collection Organization
  • Workplan Development, Execution Maintenance
  • Account Project Management
  • Conduct Bi-Weekly Client Calls/Updates
  • Review Completed Recommendations Audits with Client
  • Coordinate the Presentation and Implementation of New Projects


  • BA/BS in Business and/or MBA
  • Well developed written/verbal communication and presentation skills; particularly with executive-level clients
  • Well developed account management skills
  • 5 years of leadership and project management experience
  • 5 years of customer service experience with ‘C’ level clients
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
