Real Estate Administrative position with the Gary Kent Team. We are seeking a Client Service Manager - Client Concierge.

This important front desk position is often our first impression as you greet our great clients, vendors, and other agents on the phone and in person.

You will also work closely with Gary and other team members in the production of marketing material, assigning leads to the buyer agent team and a wide variety of ongoing tasks and special projects.


  • Computer skills, MS Word, Publisher and Excel along with several internet-based programs  
  • You must be able to manage multiple tasks and multiple priorities  
  • "Various Projects" means that you do not have a static job description. We are looking for a capable person who can handle what we throw at them and get it done.
  • Pleasant personality, even in stressful situations
  • Detail oriented (good grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.)


  • Front Desk experience
  • Professional appearance
  • Capable of looking at the big picture but concentrating on the task at hand
  • Someone who can say..."Gee, I've never done that before, but I'm sure I can learn it or figure it out" ... and does it!  

$12.00-15.00/ hour depending on experience
