Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Understand clients' financial needs, goals, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value and revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide relevant insights and advice to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports to clients, highlighting the performance and impact of their financial plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering financial education and guidance to clients.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role in the financial services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to client service.
  • Sound knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and industry regulations.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other client management tools.
  • Availability for occasional travel, as required.


Compensation
$126,500 - $141,200 yearly
