At this time we are looking for an expert to take over as the in-house Administrative Client Success Manager for our Addison office. 

Responsibilities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Brand Representation - Represent the face of our brand as the first point of contact that most of our clients have with our firm.
  • Lead Management - Collect information from potential sellers, ask questions in a conversational manner in order to gauge seller motivation and ensure that every lead is responded to and followed up with the utmost timeliness.
  • Transaction Coordination - Liaise with our title company and guide our clients through the closing process to ensure that expectations are properly set, always exceeded and that closings go smoothly.
  • Office Management - Both physically and digitally, maintain a well organized environment, manage clerical work and coordinate with vendors and clients.

Education

  • High School or equivalent required
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Preferred

Experience

  • Customer or client facing roles that require adaptability and demand excellence
  • Comfortability using CRM to manage multi-channel communications

Compensation and Benefits: 

  • $40,000 annual
  • Paid Federal holidays
  • 5 Days earned PTO for every 6 months worked
  • 50% of medical insurance for employee with family coverage available
