One of the fastest growing real estate teams in Massachusetts is looking to add a qualified candidate as one of their most important roles in the company. 

Do you love people? Do you enjoy talking on the phone and cultivating relationships? Are you a self starter and someone who enjoys being a leader? Do you have a marketing background? Then this may be the perfect role for you. 

Your daily your role will be to 'hug' our current VIP Clients as well as our past clients while continuing to cultivate stronger relationships.

  • Clean, sort, segment, verify and update databases
  • Connect on social media with all clients (Background in Facebook Marketing is great!)
  • Create, organize and process monthly newsletters to client database
  • Organize, plan and oversee quarterly VIP client events
  • Make recommendations and help improve work flow and engagement
  • Help to create raving fans through phone calls, birthday cards and planned client events
  • Manage our Sphere of Influence monthly mailer
  • Implementation of expired campaign
  • College Degree
  • English speaking with professional writing skills
  • Marketing background is a plus
  • Outgoing personality with incredible "people-skills"
  • Amazing on the phone to make memorable touches with VIP Clients
  • Knowledgeable and up-to-date on all social medial platforms
  • Ability to be self-managed and take an idea and make it happen
Salary: $40,000 plus bonus
