The Law Office of Lena A. Clark is seeking a detail-focused go-getter and a problem-solver for a full-time position as a Client Relations Specialist for our busy Estate Planning and Probate law firm. We are looking for a candidate who has a great deal of attention to detail, able to follow specific instructions and can figure things out with minimal handholding.
We are an Apple-based office, so you will need to know how to navigate a Mac computer or learn it on your own time. We use a lot of technology. Ability to learn it quickly and independently is a must. Currently, we use Google Docs and Sheets, Dropbox, Clio, Lawmatics, QBO and LawPay.
While the preference will be given to a local in-the-office candidate, we are willing to onboard a Superstar remote candidate to work remotely.
