We’re looking for a personable, friendly account rep to work with our clients who want to know whether we can help! Our clients are looking for specific help when they feel that their employers have not paid them properly, and in some cases, unlawfully.

You will be speaking with potential clients who have already reached out to us for help with this. They are unfamiliar with the process, and often intimidated by it. Your job will be to give them the information they need to feel more confident and to help them decide whether they want us to be the firm to help them. You will also gather the information we need to decide whether we are the right firm to work with them.

We have high expectations for the quality of work every member of our team produces.  After all, people depend on us to do excellent work, and we must consistently meet those expectations.  Staff members who are eager to learn, work hard, and do a great job will thrive. 

Responsibilities

  • Talking with clients and potential clients (mostly in English, some in Spanish), to help them understand whether we are the right firm to help them.
  • Gathering potential clients' information to help the firm decide whether we're the best firm to help the clients.
  • Meticulously logging your communications and efforts in our systems.
  • Attending meetings with other team members by zoom.
  • Various administrative tasks to support the team.

Qualifications
  • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
  • Two years of previous sales experience

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English - fluent)

Compensation
$50,000+ at plan
