As a "Client On-boarding Software Support Representative," you must be a great communicator with the desire to learn technology and help our clients succeed.
We will train you with the technologies necessary for success in this role, with the expectation that you will help our clients comprehensively learn everything there is to know about our software!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, teaching clients how to navigate through the Real Geeks interface, how to leverage our platform and how to take action in applying our best practices to achieve success!
We are located in Dallas, Texas near the SMU campus.
In this role, you will be solving problems daily and showing clients how our real estate software and marketing solutions can help them generate more business. Our goal is to keep our clients satisfied, loyal, and passionate about what we do so that we can succeed together.
This includes, but is not limited to, technical troubleshooting with clients, teaching them how to use our platform in welcome calls and answering tickets submitted by clients online. The Client On-boarding Software Support Representative learns our product thoroughly and touches each component. We work comprehensively and look for team members who aren't afraid of new challenges.
