The Cobblers is currently looking for a Head of Trainer in Miami, FL. Office.

Our Client Experience Trainer plays a pivotal role in educating staff. The Cobblers’ Trainer will work closely with the Implementation, Support, and Sales teams to ensure our staff is properly trained and knowledgeable on our software, service, and products.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all aspects of product training to ensure understanding of application features and functions at the desired level based on the learner’s role
  • Conduct classroom training sessions with a diverse learner audience varying in size from one learner to 20+
  • Create and write product training materials and user documentation
  • Create, update and maintain applicable learner training material and documentation
  • Create visual aids for training refresher
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for product testing and QA
  • Build customer trust, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist Sales teams as needed for service support
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong phone and in-person presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of Training procedures and systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Ability to work independently

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years working as a trainer
  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Proven ability to be self-directed, and a self-starter
  • Proven ability to develop training materials that present ideas in a clear and concise manner, at a level appropriate for the target audience

Compensation
$18 - $22 hourly
