As a Client Experience Expert at The Huffaker Group, you will prospect for and acquire new clients daily. The Client Experience Expert will optimize the client experience with The Huffaker Group both before and after the transaction. The aim of each activity is to secure a listing or buyer presentation for one 25+ Licensed Real Estate agent.
You will aid in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing our database in our contact management database system. You will obtain important information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists. The Huffaker Group provides all training and coaching necessary to successfully perform at a high level.
A successful Client Experience Expert will have excellent prioritization skills, are natural communicators, and drive Agent Discovery Calls (Video Conference and/or via Phone) with confident orchestration. The right candidate will be driven, accountable, a team player with a positive attitude, and will be able to provide incredible client and team care.
