Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded throughout their journey.
- Proactively engage with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to provide support, answer inquiries, and address concerns promptly and effectively.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and understanding their financial goals and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, account management, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, activities, and interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and market developments to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
- Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a client engagement, customer success, or sales support role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing client relationships and tasks.
- Self-motivated and customer-focused, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for client management.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

$79,000 - $92,000 yearly
