Client Engagement Specialist (Non-Attorney Sales)

We need a Client Engagement Specialist (CES) who is going to be critical in achieving our goal to double in size during 2021. You will actively build and maintain relationships over time with prospective clients, new clients, and former clients. And, you'll be a constant touchstone for clients through every step of the process, making a positive difference during a most difficult time in their lives. This position will require the ability to conduct in-person consultations on a regular weekly basis at our office, conveniently located in the Lo-Hi neighborhood near downtown Denver Colorado.
The CES will conduct initial consultations with prospective new clients (“PNCs”). These PNCs seek out our Firm and are pre-screened by a client intake person who collects basic information before the initial consultations. The CES is not required or expected to make cold calls.

The CES is prohibited from providing legal advice, theorizing on the case, providing thoughts/opinions on the case, or quoting a fee. The CES will not enter into an engagement with a client but will prepare PNCs for an engagement with the firm. The final documents are approved and signed by a licensed attorney.
This is a highly bonused position in which the base salary range, negotiable and commensurate with skill and experience, will be between $35,000-$40,000 and a total earnings potential of $75k or more per year. Our health, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO benefits round out your compensation package.
