We are a multiple Award winning Fitness studio in Roswell. Coaches and staff are pumped up, motivated and help our clients reach their fitness goals. We have a fun and safe environment to explore your passion for fitness and perfect the craft of inspiring others. We lead small group sessions as well as one on one sessions to help our clients transform their bodies and work around their injuries.

Where we are going
Our business saw a 31% increase in 2020. We are trending to have another double-digit percentage growth year in 2021. This is the result of our loyal clients, our top-notch team, and our commitment to keeping our team and our clients safe. With our continued growth, we are scheduled to open multiple facilities in North Georgia and the rest of the South East in the next couple of years.

Here's a little more detail about the position:

  • This is a part-time position: 20-25 hours a week required
  • Hours: 1 pm- 6 pm t Monday through Thursday, 2 Saturday mornings a month from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

Responsibilities

Main Responsibility: Provide Safe Haven Clients with a ‘5 Star’ experience from the moment they express an interest in joining to the day they move on.

Key Performance Indicator: Client Attrition Under 5%, Lead to Consult Conversion over 10%

Here is the task associated with the position

Client Services:

  • Educate clients on the benefits of heart rate monitor training as well as supplements to help clients have a better experience during and after their sessions.
  • Client success posts via social media (Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok)
  • Conduct Client satisfaction surveys to measure client happiness.
  • Send out Thank you notes, Birthday cards, Client anniversaries, and any other special moments that our clients may have.
  • You will be the point of contact for all client complaints and will be empowered and responsible to solve all client issues.
  • Manage collections of past due bills and make sure that all client billing is up to date 
  • Recover 25% of clients wishing to cancel through exit interviews and solving client issues.
  • Create and send off all client emails

Lead Services:

  • Make a minimum of 25 Outbound Sales Calls a Day.
  • Use a combination of phone calls and text messages to follow up on all leads and potential new clients
  • Schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and ensure that clients do not miss their consultations and sales/strategy sessions.
  • Participate in all sales training and role plays to handle all day-to-day situations that may arise within the studio

Administrative Services:

  • Ensure key numbers and metrics are updated daily and weekly.
  • Take notes at our Tuesday 12 noon weekly meetings with staff, managers, and owners. 
  • Coordinate all client monthly events
  • Create and Send Safe Haven Monthly Newsletter
  • Execute Marketing tasks as directed by the Studio Manager including Social Media Post, Tabling, and Reach outs to joint ventures in our community.
  • Develop and nurture all Joint Venture Relationships through periodic visits and documenting the results of those visits
  • Must be able to work in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other Google products.

Qualifications

Experience: 

  • Must-Have Outbound Phone Call Experience!
  • Anything in Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail, Restaurant, Sales, or Fitness industry experience all pluses.  

Compensation
$17 - $20 hourly
