As a part of the Client Concierge team, you will talk to new clients who are interested in buying and selling real estate. You are responsible for cultivating these relationships, so our customers can achieve their goals:
- Uncover client needs and provide value through services
- Cultivate relationships through follow up and relationship building
- Provide value and resources to clients and potential clients based on needs
- Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
- Manage database to ensure processes run smoothly and there is a rigorous lead follow-up
- Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
- Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in the local market
- Build and manage the sales pipeline through the use of our database
- Provide exceptional customer service
We provide training, coaching, and an abundance of resources to help you achieve your professional and personal goals. You’ll need:
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Strong phone voice
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Sense of urgency and excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Willingness to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues
- Schedule appointments with clients
$40,000 - $100,000 yearly
