The Listing Coordinator will have ownership of the home listing process from beginning to end. You will act as the liaison between the seller and the agents, external vendors, and all other involved parties to ensure a smooth transaction. You are the first point of contact in all client inquiries and you effectively manage administrative tasks throughout the listing and closing processes. You will be a resource to all of our clients, ensuring they are comfortable with the process and next steps in the home selling process. The Listing Coordinator is responsible for delivering a high-end customer service experience and eliminating stress within our clients lives.

A successful Listing Coordinator prides himself/herself on having exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), strong organizational and project management skills, and very careful attention to detail. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, eager to learn and flexible with quickly changing schedules. The Listing Coordinator will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, open-concept work environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-end clientele with a superior and professional level of customer service
  • Responsible for making sure listing agents are prepared for all listing appointments and events
  • Coordinating all activities related to making listings available to the public (liaise between agents & clients; scheduling photographers, stagers, sign installs; etc)
  • Facilitating listing information and collateral with Marketing Coordinator (provide info and specs for property brochures, mailers, photos, floor plans, etc)
  • Coordinating the closing process (liaise between agents and clients, attorneys and lenders, manage paperwork, track dates and deadlines)
  • Maintaining team MLS account (input all listing information, upload photos, change statuses, etc)
Qualifications
  • Trustworthy, responsible, punctual
  • Demonstrates highly efficient organizational skills
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Ability to communicate effectively; both written and verbal
  • Positive professional and polished attitude
  • Careful attention to detail, ability and willingness to follow processes
  • History of direct, face-to-face interaction with clients or customers
  • People-oriented and a "team player" attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing requests and a fast-paced environment
  • Tech savvy; strong computer skills (experience with Apple/Mac products and Google Drive preferred)
  • Eager to learn and open to changes
  • History of demonstrating a high level of initiative and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
  • Reliable car

$45,000 - $60,000
