**THIS JOB IS REMOTE TO SOUTHERN ONTARIO ONLY**

Responsibilities
  • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
  • Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
  • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
  • Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
  • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
  • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot

  • Responsible for activities related to requirements and needs of active sellers and buyers to ensure smooth, well informed, and stress-free selling and moving experience with the Freedom Reps Team
  • To assist Manager - Sales and the Sales Team with all matters pertaining to listings, purchases, and sale of properties, and to provide outstanding service to all buyers and sellers involved, taking a proactive and responsible role in helping the Freedom Reps Team achieve its goals
  • Answer phones, direct callers, respond to needs, maintaining an “Its My Pleasure” attitude at all times

Manage Team Listings

  • Coordinate all listing files
  • Verify all legal documents
  • Arrange for photos
  • Liaise with Sales Associates and lawyers
  • Liaise with Lawyers to establish appropriate clauses
  • Call sales associates that do not respond to email to obtain feedback on showings
  • Provide feedback to sellers on all showings every Friday and Monday for feedback on OH
  • Provide CMA updates to Sellers and Manager-Sales
  • Provide updates to Manager–Sales, on the status of all listings
  • Prepare weekly spreadsheet of all active listings
  • Coordinate Open House schedule with Sales Manager, Sales Associates, and Seller’s
  • Coordinate Home Staging

Provide Client Care

  • Introduce yourself Intro to Seller – maintain open door communication policy
  • Weekly contact with Seller re: feedback, price reductions, cancel, relist, feature sheet supply, open houses etc. Actively work toward obtaining price reductions in coordination with Sellers and Sales Manager
  • Provide ongoing communication with Seller’s during the offer process
  • Call Seller to congratulate once firm
  • Follow-up w/Seller every 2-3 weeks to update on market conditions – new sales and listings CMA and, any questions/concerns as well as check-in 2 days before/after closing.
  • Generating Referral Business and Control of Referral Database Management
  • Word Processing
  • Change voice mail recordings daily
  • Photocopying, faxing, filing
  • Sort mail
  • Retrieve overnight pages
  • Active participation in planning Team Meetings

Qualifications
  • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
  • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent

  • Real Estate office experience an asset
  • Must have minimum 2-4 years admin experience
  • Must have advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office, Publisher, Google Drive or Mac equivalent
  • CRM-based knowledge an asset
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation
$38,000 - $42,000
