The Client Care Specialist will serve as an essential part of The Dallas-Fincham Team by helping to maintain, build, and manage our large database of clients, who have helped us to become one of the premier real estate teams in Western PA! 

This means answering daily calls/inquiries about our properties and services, following up with potential clients, and staying in touch with our current clients to give the best customer service possible. 


  • Respond to potential clients by answering calls and inquiries related to: current listings; buyers seeking agents; expireds/FSBOs; just listed/just sold postcards; general questions from our website; for sale signs; marketing materials.
  • Call past clients in order to stay updated on their real estate needs and obtain referrals. 
  • Manage our top-notch CRM database system. 
  • Coordinate with our agents and office support staff. 
  • Conduct 20-30 hours of lead follow-up per week.
  • Practice call scripts for 5 hours per week. 
  • Attend training/coaching sessions and conduct role-playing sessions. 


  • The willingness to be on the phone multiple hours per day. 
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent customer service and listening abilities. 
  • Strong people skills and a passion for helping others. 
  • Computer and technology savvy. 
  • Highly organized and detail oriented. 
  • Able to meet and exceed goals. 

$11.50 hourly
