We are growing and need Client Care Managers to join this fast-paced team. Candidates are promoted quickly here which is great news to applicants and new hires. 

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 depending on experience 

Benefits: PTO, Health Benefits Allocation

Location: Los Gatos area, California

Note: There are four positions available—one in each of the following offices: Los Gatos, Saratoga, Almaden and Los Altos

Responsibilities
  • Process all new agent initial paperwork, conduct new agent orientation and teach in-house classes on various technology related topics
  • Serve and be the “go-to” person in the office; assist office leadership as needed
  • Maintain the office’s intranet; updating documents and keeping on top of things are your utmost priority
  • Provide general marketing and IT/Tech support to Agents and teach them how to utilize tech/marketing tools for their success
  • Set up the Real Estate Agents for success by getting agents set up on their email, website updates, teaching them the KW technology; you love technology and helping others
  • Put together agent flyers and marketing materials
  • Attention to detail is crucial. You love consistency—font sizes, white space, spacing, justification
  • You not only want things to sound good, you want everything to look great, too
Qualifications

This is a busy position with a wide range of responsibilities and potential growth opportunities. The right person for this position will be friendly and outgoing with a strong desire to help and serve others. This candidate will possess self-directed / self-starter qualities who is willing to take charge with little supervision.

  • 2+ years of Assistant or Office Management experience
  • Graphic design experience strongly preferred; you have been told that you have an “eye for design”
  • Willing and able to embrace new technology, master it and teach it to others
  • Strong computer/tech skills; you are learning new programs constantly and happy to tackle a new project
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, etc) as well as some Adobe Creative Suite
  • You exude patience and the unique ability to teach others
Compensation
$45,000 - $50,000 depending on experience
