We are seeking a motivated Client Care Coordinator to assist our growing Real Estate Team! We just opened our brand new office in Cypress and are expanding our team. You will be a constant point of contact for our ever growing list of clients.
Starting base salary is $24,000 PLUS bonuses every other month to create a potential for $60,000 a year!

- Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents
- Communicate with all inbound leads
- CRM database management
- Ensure lead status is correct and updated accordingly
- Engage with leads who are recently active on our website
- Engage with leads who have not been reached out to based on our tagging system
- Coordinate closing gifts and home closing anniversary gifts
- Schedule 30 day, 90 day and 120 day client customer service follow up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for referrals
- Ask for 5* Reviews on Google, Facebook, Zillow, etc
- Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
- Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
- Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Decisive and proactive
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

- Active Texas real estate license preferred but not mandatory
$24,000 base annual salary + bonuses
