We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service driven professional to provide an excellent experience to our clients as our Client Care Coordinator. Ideal candidates should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills; they should also be passionate about designing, implementing, and maintaining the systems to support our team members and clients, while elevating industry standards for client care.
Responsibilities
- Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
- Nurture relationships with seasonal customers to secure repeat bookings
- Capture testimonials, reviews, and business referrals
- Nurture relationships with property owners and existing clients

- Previous work in a customer-facing position

Compensation
$45,000 - $55,000 (Base + Bonus)
