We’re hiring a motivated Part-Time Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agent, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines.

You’ll also support the agent by marketing the agent on social media and planning their events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. If this position interests you, send us your resume today!

Responsibilities
  • Enforce compliance with legal and tax withholding processes
  • Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials
  • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
  • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
  • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching

  • Coordinate marketing events and client activities
  • Oversee all listing files and listing marketing (Brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.)
  • Manage website, blog sites and social media
  • Day to day office tasks from agent

Qualifications
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
  • Weekend and evening availability

  • Is an effective listener, always willing to listen and understand peers objections
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills
  • Has strong rapport with those he/she interacts with
  • Consistently understands the core issues at play, enabling him/her to solve problems at a remarkable pace
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities


Compensation
$15 per hour
