The Jose Hilario Team is seeking a fluent English/Spanish speaking, tech-savvy Client Care Coordinator to keep up with current and growing business demands, as well as help to take their business to the next level. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, be detail-oriented, super organized, and be able to take initiative. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. The Client Care Coordinator is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication with clients and the team. This person has immense focus and can also change their pace on a dime to match the workload. This individual will exhibit drive and desire to influence the team’s growth; while the overriding marker of his/her behavior is persistence and stability.

•  Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

• Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
• Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
• Real estate license preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
