Team Member Role: Client Care Coordinator

Location: McLean, Virginia

The Client Care Coordinator is a growth-minded individual. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. The Client Care Coordinator is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. The Client Care Coordinator is deeply committed to supporting the lead agent in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and growing his/her own skills, and developing into a supportive leader within the team. As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the team's business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.

  • Manage databases
  • Create a five star customer service experience for all clients
  • Communicate with clients before, during and after transactions
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client events
  • Prepare and deliver client materials
  • Manage client reviews, social media and communications
  • Support with the preparation including staging of all listings.
  • Deliver gifts, signage, lockboxes brochures, etc
  • Some evening/night work
  • Weekly in office, field and work from home hours
