Top Real Estate Agent seeking an in-house/virtual Client Care and Communications Coordinator -- this means you need to live in the St Louis Metro area since you will be required in the office several days a week but flexible to work from home at times. You will have the opportunity to work within the global organization of REMAX which has been in business since 1973 and not going anywhere but UP AND GROWING.

Who am I looking for? 

Someone who is detail-oriented, has a servant's heart and knows how to keep projects on task to reach the deadline. You like being behind the scenes as a support person. As a Client Care and Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting me personally with administrative tasks that in turn help our clients make the process of buying/selling less stressful.

This position does not require a real estate license and in fact, if you have that, it will not help you in this job. A real estate license is 1/1000th of what you need to know to be successful in real estate. There are no evenings or weekends except during a client event 1 - 2 times a year. This is not a transition into selling real estate -- I am looking for a support person. While this is part-time now, it could transition into full-time over the next 6 to 12 months.

Starting is $15/hour and up to $20/hour depending upon years of experience.


Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Following the checklists of daily activities that encompass data entry, ordering, scheduling, creating, and preparing materials for appointments with new clients and that assist our current buyers and sellers.
  • Planning 1 or 2 social events for clients whether it's 10 people or 100 people including event location, F&B, promotional items, invitations (this would only be a few times a year).
  • Social medial marketing, email marketing and print marketing of our clients' homes, fun memes, and current trends on social media (some of this will be provided to you so you aren't starting from scratch but you must be knowledgeable about SM).
  • Print and coordinate daily, weekly, monthly mailings.
  • Initiate calls to clients
  • Ordering and wrapping gifts for clients' new baby, new home, wedding, etc.



  • Detail-oriented and organized!! Not only do you love checklists, but you follow directions and find great satisfaction in checking things off your TO-DO list.
  • Honest, straight-forward, ethical - you will be dealing with a client's largest asset (their home); can we trust you with confidential information?
  • Problem-solver - Do you have the life experience needed to help clients solve a problem?
  • Excellent phone skills - a pleasant and cheerful voice.
  • Good social skills - do you look people in the eye when you greet them?
  • Good communicator - you are straight forward in asking for what you need to complete a task.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel, Publisher or Canva, Trello, Google Drive and Google Docs.
  • Tech-savvy: I'm looking for someone who isn't afraid to embrace new technology and platforms.

$15/hour and up to $20 for years of experience
