We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. You’ll be responsible for managing our large client database, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, attending inspections and appraisals, navigating the MLS database to provide responses to client emails, identifying clients' home search criteria to send a full list of available homes, and providing superb customer service. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
  • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Weekend and evening availability
  • Real estate license preferred
Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 yearly
