Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective strategies to identify and acquire new clients, expanding the company's customer base.
  • Utilize various channels, including online platforms, referrals, networking, and cold calling, to generate leads and establish connections.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets and industry trends.
  • Engage with prospects, understand their financial needs and challenges, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and sales, to create compelling campaigns and initiatives that drive client acquisition.
  • Track and analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates and revenue.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Client Acquisition Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role in the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities and navigate complex market landscapes.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive for continuous improvement and success.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track client acquisition activities.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Availability for occasional travel, as required.


Compensation
$118,000 - $126,000 yearly
